346,000 Americans were forced from the workforce. In January, nearly 80 of them were women. In fact, three million women have been sidelined because our economy undervalues their work. We've got to do better. That's why I have a plan to build a fairer post covid economy holding companies accountable for paying women less, making child care more accessible and affordable and requiring paid sick days and family medical leave. We can move Virginia forward boldly and together.
